Here is some valuable FAQ support items that can assist you in ordering with The Company.

How do I place a business card order?

Quite simply select which card stock, specialised stock, laminate or shape you would like and select any options that suit your needs, upload your artwork and then add to cart. From there proceed to checkout, add your billing and shipping details and proceed to payment.Note:see custom quoted products if you cannot find what you need.

How do I upload an artwork?

To upload an artwork you will need one or two files for front and back of the order, please name your files FRONT and BACK in the names or preferred, convert your artwork into a multi-page pdf. Once you have your files ready and are happy to print them, please select the upload files button on the product pages on the desired product you would like to order. You will see a visual sample of your artwork in the images if the upload was successful. Select your options and proceed with the order.

Can I create a custom design online?

Yes you can! You can also connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts into our custom artwork designer that will allow you to play around and create your very own artwork online! Once you are ready, go ahead and create the order. We can assist you in your artwork creation, please contact us for more information.

How do I create a multipage pdf?

There is lot's of YouTube videos out there to assist you in doing this. However, to avoid any nasty pitfalls, please use the template files provided which are setup at the correct sizing to allow you to EXPORT your artworks as a CMYK print ready pdf. Don't forget to delete the template layers once you have completed your artworks and always maintain a 3mm bleed outside the cut lines for printing.

How do I order a custom product?

If we don't have exactly what you need in our provided options as all print jobs can be different, please select the closest product that you can find, then select GET A QUOTE on the product page (or select from the quoted collection in the left side bar) then add to your cart and tell us your specs of the job. We can quote you any qty, stock, finish, laminate that is available here in any combination! If you want up to 10,000 cards or more, we can do them! Just tell us exactly what you need and we'll provide you with the price. Once your quote is processed and you accept you can proceed to order like normal through the checkout.

How is shipping calculated?

Your products are shipped by weight and are sent via overnight express anywhere in Australia. There are some unfortunate locations in rural Australia that will not receive our overnight express delivery, but we still endeavour to be the fastest in the country to your door. For all our metro customers, you will receive your cards within the next working day to the following working day (1-2days from order).

Our overnight express shipping Australia wide rates start from $20. All products within an order are bundled and shipped together.

How quickly do you print my cards?

Your cards and/or magnets are printed the same day if ordered early and shipped that afternoon. Generally we require a full working day to print and despatch your printed cards, however, if ordered later in the day you will receive within 2-3 working days in the metro cities of Australia. If you require URGENT printing we can arrange for you but you will need to confirm with us first before ordering.

Can you deliver to my PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes at this time as our Overnight Express delivery service does not deliver to PO Boxes, only directly from door to door. Please let us know if you would allow us to leave at the location door, otherwise if you are not available to collect, you may need to collect from your nearest depot or contact them and arrange a re-delivery at your own expense.

I think my cards are not printed correctly?

If your business cards are not printed correctly for the any reasons, please contact us on the number provided and we can discuss what the issue is. We print over million cards a day and sometimes errors do occur. You will be required to provide proof of purchase (ie order number), photos and any possible information we may need to assess the problem. Keep in mind we do not accept colour discrepancies, uploaded artwork issues, incorrect orders or customer mistakes. Due to the nature of bespoke products and the speed in which we turn our products around, we require the precise information on orders.

How do I order more cards (new art) after placing my first order? the same artwork is still there from before?

All you need to do is just Create a new one which is the button next to the Files OK button which will clear the palette and allow you to order another card of the same type. If you are experiencing errors with this, please contact us.
